Stovro

Save a note, drop in a file, find it again in two taps. Everything you keep on your phone, in one place that makes sense.

  • Notes and files
  • Folders and lists
  • Shared with people you pick

The stuff you keep, and where it ends up

Most people are already storing things on their phone. A half-written note in the messaging app. A PDF sitting in Downloads under a filename nobody chose. A shopping list on a photo of a piece of paper. None of it is lost, exactly — it is just scattered across six places, and none of those places talk to each other.

Stovro is the place that does. It takes the two things people actually save — notes they type and files they receive — and puts them side by side, in folders and lists you name yourself. A receipt and the note explaining what it was for can finally live in the same folder. A packing list can sit next to the ticket PDF.

There is no system to learn first. You open it, you type or you add a file, you give it a home or leave it where it lands and sort it later. The point is that in a month, when you need it, you know which app to open.

What it does

Notes that take two seconds

Open, type, done. No formatting menus to fight through before you can write down the thing you were about to forget.

Files kept next to the notes

Add PDFs, photos, tickets and documents from your phone. They sit in the same folders as the notes that explain them.

Folders and lists, named by you

Build a folder for the move, a list for the weekly shop, a folder for anything you have to keep for the taxman. Rename and move things whenever the shape changes.

The same content on every device

Start a list on your phone, finish it on a tablet. Changes you make in one place show up in the other without exporting anything.

Share single items, not your whole account

Send one list or one folder to the people who need it. They see what you shared and nothing else.

Search that reaches into both

One search box over your notes and your file names, so you do not have to remember which of the two it was.

Where your content actually sits

Two questions come up every time someone asks about Stovro, so here they are answered before you have to ask.

Sync. When you turn it on, your notes and files are copied to your account so your other devices can read them. When it is off, what you save stays on the handset and nowhere else. It is a switch, not a condition of using the app.

Sharing. Nothing is shared until you share it, and what you share is one item or one folder — never the whole account. You can stop sharing later, and the people you shared with lose access to it.

If you want more detail than that — what happens to a shared folder when someone leaves, how files behave on a slow connection, what you get back if you want to take everything out again — write to us and we will answer the specific version of the question rather than the general one.

Before you ask

Does it work when I have no signal?

Yes. You can write notes, open what is already on the device and reorganise folders offline. Anything you changed catches up with your other devices the next time you are online.

What kinds of files can I put in?

The everyday ones people get sent on a phone — PDFs, photos, documents, tickets. If you have a format you are unsure about, tell us which one in the form and we will confirm.

Can I get my notes and files back out?

They are yours. Ask us how export works for the setup you are on and we will walk you through it before you move anything.

Do the people I share with need the app?

To edit a shared list with you, yes — they open it in Stovro on their own device. Ask us about read-only sharing if the person on the other end is not going to install anything.

I already have thousands of files. Is that a problem?

Not in itself, but it changes how you should set up folders on day one. Describe roughly what you are holding and we will suggest a structure rather than letting you import it all into one pile.

Ask us about Stovro

Tell us what you are trying to keep organised and we will reply with a straight answer — not a brochure.

  • Someone from the Stovro team reads it, not a bot
  • We reply by email with the specifics you asked about
  • If it is a setup question, we suggest a structure first
